So it begins...

Coleson is playing club soccer again this year. That means at least 11 hours of practice a week plus scrimmages and tournaments. His first scrimmage of the season was in North Salt Lake at 8am so I had to wake everyone up ridiculously early. Even after we got there the girls were having a hard time waking up.

Coleson's team played two games. The first game they dominated and the second they got trashed. It was good for them to win one and loose one before their tournament coming up. It was so funny watching Elouise yell at Coleson as he ran back and forth during the game. She was so excited when he held her after.

Coleson Sang at the Jazz Game!

Coleson's elementary school choir got to sing the National Anthem at the Jazz/Nuggets game. It was a great experience for them. President Utchdorf and his wife were a few rows up from the court so the kids got to see him, which was pretty special for most of them!

Festival of Trees 2014--Coleson's Tree

Last year, Coleson patiently watched as we made ornaments for our Festival of Trees, tree and as soon as the event was done he asked if he could make "a boy tree" for next year...So this year he made a Minecraft themed tree! With a little help from Baby Love Foundation and some sweet ladies in our ward, he produced an awesome tree!

It sold for $175!!! When we took the kids to the festival there was a crowd of boys surrounding the tree! Coleson succeeded in making an stellar "boy" tree!

Coleson's Baptism- Sept 6, 2014

Coleson's baptism was beautiful, simple and full of family and friends supporting his decision. There were a lot of other baptisms going on at the same time so I neglected to get a large group photo of everyone that was there. Luckily I managed to snap a few photos with those who were outside before it started.

Coleson and Kenedee's 8th Birthday Party

I am not very good about throwing birthday parties for Coleson...mostly because his birthday is right before school starts and we are usually on vacation...so this year we went all out. We did a combine party with his best friend Kenedee and rented the AF Pool! It was a blast and the weather was perfect.
