Lehi Round Up

Round Up week is a big deal around here! There are activities every day and rodeos at night. Our ward made a float and walked in the parade. It was fun all around...and really hot outside so I about died...but overall it was fun.

 Annabelle was a baby goose on the ward's Charlotte's Web float. 

 I made charlotte for the float. The kids really liked helping to decorate the float. 

Lehi Round-Up Rodeo, Parade, 5k, and working the concessions stands

In Lehi, the week of the rodeo is the biggest, most fun week of the year. Our ward was chosen to build a float and the kids loved every second of participating in the parades. The rodeo was awesome, even though it was raining. The 5k went well and I placed third in my age division. Our ward was also in charge of running the a concession stand at the rodeo which I spent working all Saturday night. (Saturday was one of the most exhausting days of my life...ran the 5k, took the kids the parade, went to Draper to help photograph a wedding, went to the church to help with a funeral, came home to chang e and then went right to the rodeo to work the concession stand. Yikes.)

The concessions stand was hot and crazy busy but I had fun working with Pam and making over than 700 hamburgers.
