DisneyLand: Day 1 with the real camera

On the way to California we stopped overnight in Vegas and stayed with our friends Dave and Jen. The Chows also came up to meet us and we had a great BBQ, sleepover and play time! They all have annual passes to Disney so we were also able to meet up with them on Tuesday! It was so much fun seeing old friend and even more fun watching all our kids play together.

We arrived at Disneyland on Monday March 12 and immediately started having tons of fun. I had grand plans of carrying my camera everywhere on our 4 day journey to document every happy face and melt down. About half way through the day I was annoyed at having the camera swinging around my neck at all times. I got some great photos but decided I didn't want to experience our trip to Disney from behind a lens. Although the photos from the next few days aren't great, they are good enough. I told Brian that if we ever live in So Cal I'm going to start a business where families hire me to follow them around and take photos at Disney!
We met the white rabbit right as we walked into the park!
I was able to get one posed smile before the kids took off and didn't look back.
Amelia really liked the animals on the jungle cruise.

The teacups are my favorite! Coleson kept asking me to stop spinning so fast.
Even Annabelle liked looking at all the lights and colors.
Amelia attended Princess School where she learned how to wave, courtsey, and dance like a real princess.

It was awesome!
My 5 year old Dime! I remember my brother taking the exact same photo years before.

Disneyland: Brian Photo Dump

Annabelle really dug the 3D glasses for the toy story ride. She loved all the lights, colors, and people telling her how cute she was!
Annabelle's first taste of cotton candy!
The kids totally zonked as soon as we got back to the hotel each night. Disney really tires you out...in a good way.
Pictures with a fairy in "Pixie Hollow"
The Buzz Lightyear ride was one of our favorites!
We tried to bribe Coleson to go on Splash Mountain, but after Space Mountain he was just too scared. Next time...
California Screamin'
I love that they brought back Captain EO in 3D! Coleson loved it!
John from The Biggest Loser!
Princess training!
Oh so tired...
